Statusbrew Account Login Related Troubleshooting

Below are the frequently asked questions listed to help troubleshoot issues with Statusbrew account and Subscriptions:


Can I have a trial before I initiate my subscription?

Yes, you can start your free premium trial before you subscribe. 

For web:

If you choose the Essential plan, you’ll be entitled to a free 7-day trial and if you opt for the Business plan, you’ll be entitled to a free 14-day trial. Here is how you can do it:

  1. Just Sign up on the Statusbrew platform, in case you already haven’t.
  2. After you have signed up, you’ll see the option to Start your trial on your dashboard only. Just click there.Start your free Statusbrew trial

     

  3. Choose your plan that you want to have a trial for and customise it accordingly.
  4. Now, just update your payment credentials and click on Start free 14-day trial button

And henceforth, you can have the free premium access until your trial period gets over.

Please note that during your trial period, if you change your subscription, You'll be charged.
For Android/IOS:
  1. Download the app from the respective stores and Sign up.
  2. Click on Settings from your Dashboard 
  3. Find the Account Setting and Click on Account Type from there
  4. From here you can just choose a subscription option and initiate your free 7-Day trialStatusbrew for IOS and Android

How do I start my paid subscription?


Your billing cycle will start automatically once your trial gets over. Statusbrew has monthly as well as yearly subscription plans which are auto-renewed at the end of each billing cycle, depending on the way you have customized your trial.

If you have registered for the web subscription, you’ll be charged from the Credit card that you registered while signing up for the free trial. For mobile subscription, payments are managed in respective app stores - Play Store and iTunes.

What if I cancel within my trial period, will I liable to pay something?

If you cancel before your trial period gets over, you won’t be charged for anything. But, we’d appreciate if you talk with about your expectations out of us and let us know the reasons that led you to opt out of your trial. 


What are my payment options?

We accept payments through the Credit cards only. You can register with any credit card accepted worldwide. We are connected to all the CC companies.


How does Statusbrew charge my account?

For the web app subscribers, Statusbrew uses Stripe, a reliable and secure mode of payment, and does not store user's credit card details. And, for IOS/Android subscribers, the payments will be managed in the respective app stores.


How do I change my subscription plan on the web?

  1. Find the profile bubble at the bottom left of your dashboard and click on it to find Admin
  2. Click on the Billing button
  3. And, find the option to Adjust Plan
     

You can change your subscription plan accordingly.
 

If I change my subscription plan within an ongoing subscription on the web, how will I be credited/debited for my balance?

Statusbrew uses Stripe mechanism which takes care of all the courtesy that your subscription amount deserves. We make sure that you get all the worth of your money that you pay us for your social media needs.

If you upgrade to chose a higher subscription plan, you’ll only be charged the difference between two plans, that too without disturbing your billing cycle. And, in case, you downgrade from higher to a lower plan, your leftover subscription credit will be carried over in your next subscription payment and you’ll be paying only the difference of the amount credit and the next month’s premium.

Will I be provided with the invoice for my subscription payment?

  1. Find the profile bubble at the bottom left of your dashboard and click on it to find Admin
  2. Go to Billing from the top nav
  3. To the left of your screen, You’ll see the option to see your Past invoices under Payments
  4. Click there and you’ll be redirected to a window where you’ll see all your past invoices
     

 

Can I pause my subscription?

No, you don't have an option to pause you subscription plan, You'll have to unsubscribe and come back again if you don't wish to be charged for a certain period of time.

How can I update my credit card Details?

Find the profile bubble at the bottom left of your dashboard and click on it to find Admin
Go to Billing from the top nav
And, find the option to Change button under the Payment method 
You can update your card credentials from there
 


How do I change the Password of my Statusbrew Account?

  1. Find the profile bubble at the bottom left of your dashboard and click on it to find Admin
  2. Go to User Settings from the top nav
  3. You’ll find the option to change your password from there. Once done, click on Save

How can I add or remove my social media Accounts and Sources?

  1. Find the profile bubble at the bottom left of your dashboard and click on it to find Admin
  2. Go to App Settings from the top nav
  3. You’ll see the option to Add or Remove your profiles and sources there, proceed accordingly

How can I cancel my subscription?

As a webapp subscriber:
  1. Login to Statusbrew dashboard and remove all your social media accounts.
  2. Find the profile bubble at the bottom left of your dashboard and click on it to find Admin
  3. Go to Billing from the top nav
  4. Scroll down and click, ‘Yes, cancel my subscription’ button

And, you'll be unsubscribed thereafter

As an IOS subscriber:
  1. Go to Settings of your Device > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Statusbrew and Unsubscribe
As an Android subscriber:
  1. Go to the Playstore and click on the menu option the top-left of your mobile screen
  2. From there, Tap on Accounts 
  3. Find Subscriptions and you'll see the option to unsubscribe Statusbrew there.

If I cancel in between, am I eligible for a refund?
No, Statusbrew has a strict no refund policy. Know more about it here.
